I found an interesting bit of information about Starfox.
Cerinia isn't the only planet with Blue vixens.
There is another planet called Temple in the wuxia galaxy.
The only difference is that the'Temple' foxes are a lighter shade of blue.
To confirm this, look at the character 'cool' from Katt Monroe's pirate gang.

Yes, "cool" is shown in a Starfox manga called "Farewell, beloved Falco."
